SHIPPING & COLLECTION
Delivery charges will be calculated on our shipping calculator or at the checkout
We will endeavour to ship your order within 2Â business days and we will keep you updated during the shipping process.
Delivery is estimated to take up to seven (7) working days depending on your shipping address.
You can choose to have your order delivered to you or you can click and collect in store.
Delivery Via Australia Post
Orders that are less than 5kg will be sent via Australia Post. Street addresses are preferred to PO boxes as larger items cannot be posted.
Delivery Via Courier
Orders that are over 5kg and/or longer than 100cm will be sent via courier.
You will pay for your parts at the time of placing the order online and you will be sent a separate shipping invoice to pay once it is manually obtained from a courier service. You are required to pay for the manually calculated freight before your order will be dispatched. A street address will be required for all courier deliveries as they will not deliver to a PO Box.
After the item has been packed and processed you will receive shipping information and tracking numbers via the email address you provided.
Click and Collect
Once your order has been picked and and packed you will be notified that it is ready for collection from Bold Trailer And Caravan Repair Centre – 1/82-84 Bellingara Rd, Miranda NSW 2228.
Please allow 10-14 days for delivery on ALL awnings from the shipping date, these can be delayed as there are a smaller number of longer trucks that are required to deliver these.
