Position Vacant: Traineeship – Business Administration

Work with an award winning team that will value and respect you. Our growing business is seeking a full time admin trainee at Miranda for a proactive person who is passionate about providing customers with exceptional service.
Main Duties:
- Assisting customers over the phone and in person.
- Booking appointments.
- Liaising with staff.
- Assisting with general admin, filing, data entry and emails.
- Assisting with inventory and stock control.
- Assisting with social media and marketing activities
- Successfully complete traineeship
Essential:
- Excellent phone manner.
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Fluent English language
- Be a quick learner.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Must be available to work some Saturday mornings 8am – 12 noon (approximately once every 3-4 weeks)
Desirable:
- Experience with Email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- An interest in the camping / automotive / caravan / boating / recreation industries
- Drivers Licence.
