Admin Junior – Full Time

Work with an award winning team that will value and respect you. Our growing business is seeking a full time admin junior at Miranda for a proactive person who is passionate about providing customers with exceptional service.

Main Duties:

  • Assisting the service advisor with all admin tasks
  • Assisting customers over the phone and in person.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Liaising with staff.
  • Assisting with general admin, filing, data entry and emails.
  • Assisting with inventory and stock control.

Essential:

  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Be a quick learner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm and some Saturday mornings 8am – 12 noon (approximately once every 3-4 weeks)

Desirable:

  • Experience with Email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • An interest in the camping / automotive / caravan / boating / recreation industries
  • Drivers Licence.
