Receptionist
Work with an award winning team that will value and respect you. Our growing business is seeking an additional full time receptionist to join us at Miranda.
You must be a proactive person who is passionate about providing customers with exceptional service.
Main Duties:
- Assisting customers over the phone and in person.
- Booking appointments.
- Maintaining database
- Liaising with staff.
- General admin, filing, data entry and emails.
- Assisting with inventory and stock control.
Essential:
- Excellent phone manner.
- Confidence dealing with customers.
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Self motivated
- Strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Strong organisational skills.
- Email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Fluent English language skills
- Be a quick learner.
- High attention to detail especially with data entry.
- Ability to multitask and being flexible in the tasks asked of them
- Drivers Licence.
- Must be available to work some Saturday mornings 8am – 12 noon (approximately once every 4 weeks)
Desirable:
- Previous experience or an interest in the automotive / caravan / marine / recreation industries
- Experience with a CRM

Salary Range: $27 – $33 per hour + superannuation
