Work with an award winning team that will value and respect you. Our growing business is seeking a full time admin junior at Miranda for a proactive person who is passionate about providing customers with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers over the phone and in person.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Liaising with staff.
  • Assisting with general admin, filing, data entry and emails.
  • Assisting with inventory, parts sales and stock control.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with daily workshop admin.

Essential

  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Be a quick learner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • This position is full time over 4.5 days each week. This position will include working every Saturday morning between 8am – 12 noon.

Desirable

  • Experience with Email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • An interest in the camping / automotive / caravan / boating / recreation industries
  • Drivers Licence.
