• Reassembly: We re-pack the drum hubs and bearings with high-quality grease, fit a new rear seal, re-fit components to the axle, and adjust your brakes to the precise correct tension.

Chassis & Running Gear

• Structural Checks: We inspect the entire chassis structure for wear or damage and evaluate rims and tyres.
• Greasing & Lubrication: The suspension system, coupling, jockey wheel, and corner steadies are fully inspected and greased.

12V Electrical & Exterior

• Safety Systems: We test the operation of your breakaway system and stability control units (if fitted).
• Electrical & Body: All external lights are tested for correct operation, the sacrificial anode is checked, and the front, rear, and sides of the caravan body are inspected for visible damage.
