Bearings: Bearings are removed, cleaned, and closely inspected for pitting or water ingress. If required, we will replace the bearings with new ones.  We re-pack the hubs with premium, high-temperature grease and fit new high-quality rear seals. 

Brakes: We inspect, service and adjust mechanical and hydraulic brakes, including brake pads, calipers, brake lines, brake cable and adjusters, handbrakes, hydraulic actuators and all brake components, ensuring your brakes are working reliably.  

Chassis, Suspension & Running Gear 

Structural Assessment: We inspect the entire galvanized or aluminum chassis frame for structural integrity, stress cracks, and rust. 

Suspension & Couplings: Springs, hangers, and shackle bolts are inspected and lubricated. We grease and test the coupling, jockey wheel, and winch assembly. 

Tyres & Rims: Rims and tyres are checked for wear, correct pressure, and damage. 

Electrical Systems 

Rear and Side Lights: We check all trailer lights to ensure they are in good working order.
